Norton 360 Backup help

i am trying t backuo my comp using norton, it usual works but there is an error saying some files cannot be backed up, when i go into the folder where they should be they are not there, so why is norton trying to back these up whenthay are not there? should i do a restore with norton? or wont that help? i dont want the files i just want norton to work properly again. cheers

Are u sure they are not there???

Goto folder options and show hidden and system files.

yep im sure they are not there, they were in the msn messenger sharing folder with someone, i didnt need it no more si deleted them out of the sharing folder, thats why it cant find them but the error wont go away. i tried the restore too but that did sweet fa. i have just turned the back up off for now. thanks for answering though
