nokia tuner problems ?

Am i right in thinking i have a tuner problem, I have two boxes one works ok giving signal readings
BER 0
SNR 62600
SIG 32639
The other box pluged into the same cable feed gives readings of
BER 26214
SNR 54000
SIG 32639
This box the channels keep stuttering and freezing tried different image got same prob

Plug the feed from the wall straight to the box no splitters see if the snr improves.
Also you could try a booster with it.

yes its pluged straight into wall but no difference my second box is giving no probs only this one cant try a booster havnt got one at the moment
