No sound please help

My box went down after a power cut,now got another box done the atmega card with the lastest keys,got all the channels but no sound.
Tw area and the box is 1000t.
any help would be great

same through scart and rf?

Check scart lead is plugged in properly at both ends.

I've seen a few 1000s develop sound problems through faulty capacitors on the mainboard.

Before you think about that though; have you made sure it's not the TV or video what the box is connected to and have you looked at the volume setting in the engineers menu of the box?
