no ppv on rom11

hi there cant seem to get ppv on rom 11 every thing else is fine its my first mosc card so cant seem to see where i have gone wrong the rom 11 file i,m using is this 1 ROM11B04-C&W could it be the file i am using in the engineers menu say card status ok ppv not provisioned


any 1 got a known rom11 file with working ppv


my card is a rom11 bo8
btw no vod here

Clean the ppv on the card,this is on the tool bar when open in nagra.

r u getting a black screen?
