no channels

i have just turned my d-box on and it says error, channel unavailable or something like that. even the free channels dont come, i'm using the sporster image, tried to force keys update but didnt help, checked all onnections, everything aight. could anyone advise me what to do? do i need to install image again to run a channel scan? as thats what i was told but unsure of how to do it.

ive lost about 1/4 of channels today as well and so have loads of other people, just get channel unavailable on them all
