no channels

I have tried about 5 different images .

with new and old boxcracker - no transponders found
with new sporster - 35 transponders found and no channels
with nextgen - no transponders found
with eginma - 1 transponder found and no channels.

this box was working 2 days ago, with the sportster 311005, then froze, switched off and power and back on and have nothing now.

I have flashed boxes in the past and this sportster image always works.

can anyone please help, been at this from sunday and still no joy.
