No Channel 5hd on Intelsat 907

Hi everyone, I have an Icecrypt 1600 which I believe is a clone of the Amiko.
I can't get channel 5 hd, or red button. I deleted all channels and did a fresh scan which picked up all the channels again except those two.
Can anyone suggest how to find them manually. When I try to add channels I just get a message 'No channels found'.
I need a step by step guide if anyone has the patience to help me.

You need to get the up-to-date firmware, which comes with a channel list on a USB and load it.
