No atr sent from card

Hi can some one help me please the date stamp on my card needs changing
and to unlock it im trying XNCS but it keeps coming up no atr sent from card
what am i doing wrong.

Hi im using a SCM scr111 programmer and the card is a rom11 from a N*L box

Hi i've just found out that nagra wont work with the smart scr111 because its software based where as nagra works direct. Would you have any software ideas as i need to update the date stamp from 13/12/2005 to well just open it.

even if the card is locked try to read it in nagraedit if the card has no atr its shagged...ice scraper material
