newsgroup and grabit help plz

any one help pleeeeese

I am using grab it but when I have down loaded all I get is a folder from the news group I have downloaded from but no files in the folders seems to be going some ware though as my disc space is going down any ideas please

Also downloaded some music in a FLAC file anyone know what a FLAC file is

There's a known bug/quirk with grabit in that it doesn't decode the downloaded news files into .rar's or similar, you'll probably have a shed load in "program files/grabit/cache".

You can solve this by refreshing the Grouplists.

FLAC is an audio format that requires a special codec to play.
