newbie needs help

Hi
I just bought a sagem Dbox2 and I Have done a scan and picked up over 200
Channels But the only channels that have pictures and sound are BBC1
and so on the other channels thew screenis just black I don't have it connected to my pc.
Hope you can help me ps I know next to nothing about PCs

what image is on the box as sounds like no camds on there m8

if there is camds then restart the camd if there is no camds then get an updated image with the camds built in like the ones i have uploaded or liams enigma one they are fine and work well which includes the camds

What image is on the box and did you put it on yourself.
how many chips does it have.

Here is some info I don't know if this will help you help me
it's an Avia 600 1X intel flash SAGEM D-BOX 2 Digital for cable television with actual Linux Neutrino Sporster UK 05 or Sportster PRO this will be up to you. Software is already 100% CONFIGURED FOR CABLE UK The lcd panel on the front of the box does not work hope this helps
