newbie need help on FTA 101 ! DBOX2

Just about to get the FTA101 does this have talkback ? i want a box that just auto scans and finds the channels this box search auto Fta 101 or DBOX2 which is easier to setup ? will i be able to watch prem plus ? am in birmingham and am only on 1mb broadband so is my cable line open to recieve cable tv with FTA 101 sorry all these questions am a newbie just need to know couple of things thanks
