New virgin modem the 255 rollout

I hope this is only for new customers, i personally love my motos surboards, i have 4200 (sub) and 5100 (modded) and neither have caused me any probs, ive heard to many probs with the ambit modems in the past.
 
It looks the same as the 250 only the colour has changed to Black instead of blue. Anyone know if this can be done in the same way as the 250's?
 
Just wondering if Virgin will stay rolling out Motorola's to Twest customers mainly and Ambit to NTL customers or will we all have to suffer the wrath of the ugly ambits
Think i'll go off and stockpile some motorola's!!
 
I was a an sb fan but since i got these up and running on my tw i love em, think they are much more solid connections and my desktop carbon footprint is smaller...so its better for the enviroment : multi :
 
i personally think the ambit 250 kick the motorolas ass smaller and more solid just my opinion and alot cheaper
 
i have had a few of these and they are the same apart from one detail !! there is no usb port on them
