new virgin media software

hi all
need some help with the new virginmedia software.a friends box has updated to the new s/w.when it boots up there is a virginmedia logo on the screen.when i went into the eng menu it came up ntl loader 1.9 release.the s/w version was 3_5_12_p07n_p_p4010_r_, h/w version 165.does this mean anything to the experts.cant get all channels

Looking at the rest of the forum looks like you need to check the teir info on his card. Given the age of this post Im sure you found your answer already lol but if not check the stickies at the top of this forum.
