New to this !! Ambit 200

Hi all

Nevermessed with modems before but im intriguedand ive got a nice ambit 200 just sitting in the drawer!! - It hasnt been on the stream for 8 months or so either so i think it should be on good firmware!!

I was looking at the method to change mac with a 233 interface but i thought i saw something about doing it with an ethernet connection or am i well wide of the mark??

If i do need to buy/make the max233 connection is there anything that i might have that will have a maxx233 ic in - got loads of computer junk and stuff about - might make one tonight if i can source the ic??

You can not do this with ethernet you need the interface. Here is the link for all the info you will need
