hello chaps hope everyone is ok,after nag 3 kicked the life out of my two eurovox max v's i had a look on the forums and came to the conclusion my best bet would be a plug and play,recieved the tm500s and everything works fine for me apart from the epg is terrible,being a complete novice at this and computeing in general i don't what to set about it and totally cock the box as half the terms used here i have no comphrehension of their meaning, i think the tuts might be very useful to most here but to virgins such as myself their not,i would really appreciate someone in really numbty terms how to sort the epg on the tm500s,i apoligise for my ignorance but hopefully you guys can help,cheers,all have a good day......
 
kph are u ready lol ok if the tm500 works like the tm600 could imagine they do ,press the bluebutton on your remote twice (might have to enter password if u havent disabled it) then click on download (ur server) then click on download addons and then select week epg 3.3b and download it let me know when you done that ill come back to you k ,any problems understand ing just ask m8 k

you have to set it up m8 to download the epg each time u turn the box on follow the tut at the top of the main page

hello blue,no i woz waiting on futher guidance from your kind self as being a complete numbty i'd probably kill my box,then the kids would kill me,whats the crack after downloading 3.3b.cheers and thanks for your paitence...
 
no problem mate anytime (im watching east enders while i type lol )

click on yellow button
click on week epg
scroll down to set up
click set up
put a channel in the channel box ie ive got bbc1 in there
were it says online storage path select tmp
then click on the log button
it will access net for update
then press exit then press green butto to go to epg channels

let me know how u get on m8
 
thanks again blue,i'll have to do it later as trying to get the kids away from the telly is like trying to get a bone off a dog or choclate off the wife,have a good evening,cheers......
 
hello blue,hope your well,sussed out the epg but it was'nt what i thought it would be,i thought that it would also maybe sort-when your watching a chanel and press ok,the whats on now is'nt even showing whats actually on if anything at all,is there a fix for this and if so where would i find it,on my old eurovoxs on cable i must say the now and next and epg were bob on,thanks again for the epg its just a pity its not just a case of pressing the epg button to access it,is there any other fixs for the programme preveiw setup side of the box as i'm happy with the box apart from a few little niggles such as this,cheers have a good evening.......
