Mobile Phones new phone hacked apps help

got grandson new cubot s168 trying to put some free (cough)roud: games
onto it getting popup saying app has not been purchased or app wont boot ones dl from play store work fine

any ideas on how to fix

have a look in settings / security and put a tick in box for allow installation of apps from unknown sources " Unknown sources " then try again

also what game is it???
