Personally i think if article 13 gets the go head it will change or habbits online.
One of my most likeable sites is you-tube and it may get hit the hardest. As we know the days of getting all our software, movies, music and so on is not as easy as it was.
(As short as six years ago the big clamp down began)

So the EU are now trying to support copyright holders to the max. Of course i understand why they brought out laws to protect the multi-billion industry on the TV scene to make the likes Sky TV make so much money.
But as it stands in the not to distant future videos uploaded to the likes of you-tube will need holders rights permission.
This includes even snippets from news channels to a 9 year old uploading a video from his/her favourite computer game.

How the internet is slowly but surly getting censored in recent times with backdoor laws.
