NetID via Funcard

Hi All

I have followed the tutorial in the downloads section on how to set your netid via funcard. i just want to comfirm if i have have to have the cable plugged into it while setting the netid via the card or can i just leave it out the box.

I usually do it with the cable in I think. Been a while since I did it lol.
Not sure that it matters tbh m8

cheers curly i was just asking as iv been doing it with the cable out and its been stuck on the updating page for over an hour.

cheers for your help again curly i just tried it again with the cable in this time but still no joy. The box im trying to setup is a DITV 1000 Phase 1b.

Hi

Leave the cable in, boot to EM page 2 then put your netid card in and if all details are correct after a few seconds it will reboot, let it finish and then stick your normal card in,should be it really.

Before you put netid card in check what the netid on box is, it should be 0999 if not switch off take off plug at socket take red jumper out for a few min put jumper back power up to EM page2 netid 0999 and then as above.
