CD & DVD nero

just bought a new laptop with windows vista but when i tried to install nero 7 it came up that it wouldnt work with this version of windows so i went and got nero 8 but i cant install it till i uninstall nero 7 and no matter what i try i cant get it to unistall anybody else had this problem as it is really annoying me now

Certain versions of nero 7 are now compatible with vista. any version newer than nero ultra 7.8.5.0 or premium 7.5.7.0 should be fully vista compatible.

unless u got a good firewall any downloaded copies of nero 8 only gunna last a few days before they start annoying u reminders that ure copy is not valid.

your gonna have probs then m8 inless its a pukka copy?
you can just go to the nero site and download the vista version of nero 7

There are keygens available that will work. As i stated in my 1st post if u use a decent firewall such as zonealarm and install it with the internet blocked and then block every instance of nero in the program list then u will have no problems.

I'm installing Nero 8 but it's not accepting my keys generated by the keygen, nowt to dowith the firewall at this stage

I've seen this before. Get ureself a copy of 8.2.8.0 i'll pm u m8.

I suppose I should have mentioned in the 1st post that the laptop wasn't connected to the net.

BTW, it is 8.2.8.0 i have.
