CD & DVD Nero prob

My friend has a lot a trouble useing nero any version and would like a different program any ideas

can try movie dvd, clone dvd, any dvd, dvd lab, try a google search for dvd programs, iy'll bring up some for you to try

what trouble is he having m8 ? maybe we can help him as nero is a good all round programme

when he goes to burn a disc it goes through the prosses but the disc is blank at the end never burnt it
the dvd is ok tryed it in mine and works fine
