control panel/network connections/create a new connection/

setup an advanced connection/accept incoming connections/

port speed 57600/data bits 8/ parity none/ stop bits 1/ flow control none

I'm not sure if this is right please help

Nope you dont want the "incoming connection" no need for that.
Just plug in the null modem cable into the back of your PC, and into the back of your DBOX.

Then attach (as well as the nullmodem) a crossover ethernet cable to the PC and DBOX. You need to set the ethernet connection to use a STATIC IP - such as 192.168.0.2.

Read my guide: http://www.world-of-digital.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54507 for more info on how to set up the ethernet connection. Skip the rest of the information, you just need to know how to set up the network.

Then read stemcells guide to flashing with IFA:
http://www.world-of-digital.com/forums/showthread.php?t=49797&highlight=image+flashing

Hope this helps.
