need your help/software

hi peeps

i am gonna be opening my own business up soon and urgently need some sort of software which will be able to file information on individuals cases, ie like doctors have medical records databases on patients, eyc

can anyone help me out peeps.

Wouldn't it be easier to create your own database in Access ? That way you could make it tailor made instead of having to rely upon 3rd party software. Also this way it would be specific to your business instead of having fields that are not relevant to your DB and therefore wasting time in retrieving information when the DB grows.

thats what i was thinking m8 but i thought maybe a more professional piece of software from a an IT company maybe more user friendly. and professional.
