i have been tryin to get this box to take the new update but cant seem to get my computer to talk to it its not a clone and all the settins on the com port are ok can anyone gis a hand?
need help with blue evox i am pullin me hair out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

turn the box off at the plug and then send the software to the box and a second later turn the box back on , see if it starts writing then m8

been trying to do this on and off for ages m8 and it aint havin none it i can get channels when i put the keys in manual but i dont wanna do that all the time i think it has software on it from 2006

Are you using a USB to Serial lead??
If so make sure you download the latest drivers from their web site and don't use a general driver.
If not are you sure its a Null Modem cable and not a straight Serial cable, shops have had a run on these cables and some are selling the wrong one to customers.
