Need help for 1000 series box

Hi Guys,
Just a strange problem topday on my box. I connected my new box to the cable and then I got this message that

DONT SWITCH OFF the box, C7W is updating the box.

Then in the front panel it shows tickling of the number and flashing of right hand side three lights.

ONce its updated then my fun card started working again on the box.

Is there any clue for this activity. :lsabre:

PLEASE look and advise...
