Need help finding camcorder...

I need a camcorder fast!

Requirements:

1. DV Tape Camcorder.
2. Should be able to record broadcast quality video.
3. Should have professional features such as audio in, manual focus, etc.
4. HD would be a bonus.

Prepared to a pay £800 Max!

Would appreciate any ideas/recommendations.

If you can find one and at the right price I'd recommend a Canon XL1. It's not high def but it's an awesome piece of kit. They used them to film 28 Days later amongst others.
