Managed to sort out bootable usb but when I entered the command it just said 0% and went to new command line.

did u add the flash and the firmware to it
treat it as dos

did u do this??

nec3530a -sec -mas -flash 3530xxxx.BIN

xxxx is part name of firmware
the nec3530a is the flash program
and sec is secondary ide
and mas is master
have u got the dvd set as secondary master??

Finally sorted now mate, Thanks! I put the drive into another computer and flashed it with 3530RPC1.BIN dont know what the differences are between the other but as long as its working im not bothered lol.
