Navigating EPG

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a page up and down option when navigating the EPG on the 500c.
(Like they have on Sky and VM)
It's not a major thing but it does bother me having to scroll all the way through. (Poor me watching TV for nought and moaning!!)

I would appreciate any advice.

When you press the ok button on the remote and the channel names appear, use the volume keys < > and that will skip throught the pages of channels, rather that using the ^ v buttons to scroll through all the channels one by one

will this also work when I am in the EPG menu (Red Button rather than OK button)?
