Nagra 4.1 fail error plz help

im useing a infinity usb phoenix programmer

when i put my phogrammer in phoenix mode and read my funcard 4 i get this error

set ifs means a problem with your setup, have you put nagra in 98 compatability mode???

You dont read a funcard with your programmer in phoenix mode.
