I have two web sites that are hosted by a company called 000webhost, up until recently there has been no issues but a few days ago the following started to occur:
I have two routers, one running on my Spanish IP address the other running OpenVPN with a UK IP address.
I can connect to both my web sites from the Spanish IP address no problem, but if I am connected to my VPN router I get the following message:

Can anybody offer any advice as to why this is happening and how to cure it.

p.s. I don't have any IP addresses blocked on the webhost management panel.

Hi dantis, does your hosts provide any spam blocking?

This could be done at switch level on your hosts network.

We have a similar Ddos feature provided by our hosts.

Maybe they implement a spam policy, that has a list of potential spam IP they block.

Can you take out a support ticket or email to them - to rule it out?

The thing is I can see the web sites via VPN using my Kindle Fire no problem, although I can't with my Samsung phone?

Still nothing back from the hosting company, however, was having connection problems with my VPN so changed to one of the other locations available, my VPN gives me around 8 in the UK, voila problem solved. So it had to be an issue with VPN server.

It looks like a routing issue to me. Get the IP address by pinging the site via the non-VPN router then try a ping via the VPN. Good bet it will fail. Let us know the result.
