my pace box acting up

my pace box is not working properly
some channels have a black screen
others are working (using atmega which is working fine because im gettin uktv gold etc)

i get bbc and bb2, but itv and channel 4 eurosports, sky sports etc are just blank

my signal is fine

and my net id is fine along with frequency,

what is happening?

Obvious question, have you tried re-booting the box?

yes, still same thing

i pulled red jumper, set frequency, now stuck on tune. ill keep it on, as it iwll tune in eventually

ive replaced the tuner, same thing

box came back after 40mins on tune
still same problems though. what is the matter?

what box is it? sounds like you might have a capacitor failure somewhere if it's stuck on tune for that long

some channels work, others dont, i dont even get a unsubscribed channel msg when i take out hte atmega too on the channels that are black

it takes 40mins to set net id if i pull jumper, if i unplug it now with net id set, it takes 2secs for it to start up

i got box working, i removed the splitter, rewired the ends of the wires and it works

must be a weak box as other boxes ran fine off it
