My box stop at loading kernal any help

Use IFA to flash a new image to the box, no problems there :)
Tutorial/guide and software in the downloads section.

Ignore the "pinging box failed". In fact, dont even open that minimized bootmanager window - its minimized for a reason :)

"pinging box failed" will ALWAYS appear because there is no image on the box.

You just have to keep pulling the plug in and out until IFA kicks in.
Also make sure that all firewalls/antivirus is disabled.

Press and hold the power button and the up button on the box
then let go of the power button then the up button
see if that helps also post what you get in the com window of IFA
Hope this helps.

if you do as fergalsworld says when keep the the up button pressed this does a memory test then in the com window when it stops typing you click next to the last line and type in "boot net" then that should start it off

if you cant get it working without a serial null modem cable may i suggest you buy one for a couple of quid as this will tell you whats happening in the com window. when you get one post your readings out of the com window on here

The image on the box is faulty and the flashing procedure didn't start.
Disable firewalls, antivirus soft and set the network card on the pc to 10base half duplex.
