MXQ Pro 4K Firmware

A mate gave me an MXQ Pro to put on some free apps. He somehow managed to set it up in a foreign language FFs lol. So rather than try and work out how to put it back to English, I thought i'd factory reset it. Now it just stops on the MBOX logo lol.
I've googled the firmware, but the places I've tried take 4 hours to download, and end up stopping downloading after about 15%.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a working download?

Found this , but i would take the box apart to see which processor chip it's running on

As there is loads of clones kicking about ect

When I try to load the image into the program, it says, parse burn image fail?
