multiple monitors - different image to each desktop

Is this possible, single desktop with 4 VGA outputs and send a unique image to each monitor

Can I buy a graphics card with 4 outputs all in VGA or HDMI or DVI

I have an older AMD radion 380 that has 2 DVI, 1 HDMI and 1 display port.

I have 4 Asus 1080p monitors connected, the one on the display port is using a active HDMI adapter. All 4 can have different images or you can combine them for a virtual 4k image.

I also use the inbuilt graphics card for a 5th display.
