If you've ever had mumps in later life which I did at 42 then that's exactly how it is except it's just the one and its about the size of a large orange.
When I had the snip mine swole up. I went to the US about 10 days later, and the kids kicked me several times in the nuts whilst swimming. I ended up with a ballbag the size of a football. To say the nurses in the hospital in the US were impressed is an understatement
