CD & DVD mpeg and Quicktime joiners

I've got tons of Mpeg and quicktimes files on my computer that I would like to make into single files.
does anyone know of any software which lets you join multi mpegs files, and join mulit quicktime files.

Womble MPEG-VCR can be used to join MPEG files.
Trial version can be downloaded from http://www.womble.com/

I think TMPGEnc is also able to join MPEG files, but may result in errors or audio de-sync.

Can't help with joining MOV files, I try to avoid them as much as possible!
