CD & DVD mp3 ripping and burning help needed

i can anyone tell me how to rip only part of a song i.e the part i want to rip is 44th second untill the end the track i want to do this and use as a ringtone any good advice thanks..

hi m8, go see if you can find a programm called goldwave, you take any part of a song and save it in a few different formats

if you cant find it give me a shout

If u have nero then rip the whole mp3 and use nero wave editor.
It will save putting any other software on the machine.
