Movistar epg help

Having time issues using Openvix on the EPG that time is never correct for setting recordings on 19.2.
Using epg importer and sources and deleted cache and downloaded a fresh copy also updated xmltv files
Having set recordings i might get 10 mins or late recordings and wondered if others are getting garbled epg times.

Have deleted old epg and trying downloading a fresh version to clear up jumbled time but always come back after a number of days.
