moving house, no Cable so its SKY/BT for internet/TV

Hi we are moving 170 miles and there is no cable where we are going :-(

I am personally not to bothered about TV but internet.

My setup at present is Virgin Super hub in modem mode

to a Smoothwall router

and then one network card to Zyxel wifi AP for all our wireless devices

and then second ntework card to gigabit switch for our wired network.

It seems doing a little bit of reading it appears that both Sky and BT's hubs will not work in modem mode but there does appear to be a bit of confusion. I dont really want to be double nat'ed with all the headaches that can cause.

Has anybody or does anybody run a Sky or BT hub in modem mode ?

Have you looked at Three home broadband. They have 2 offerings Home Broadband on Three - Home Broadband Plans | Three
Assuming reception is good in your new area.
