Moving backups from LAUN12345 to OMANxxx or GAIAxxxor

Is there an easy way to do this since all mine are stored in the now defunct LAUN folder, and would like to move to either OM's OMAN folder or the new OM v2 GAIA folder.

I know OM reads from LAUN but would like to remove the original backup manager as no longer used.

you could use the awesome file manager to move around, but I have left mine in their even though I use the new cover manager with the ability to download the covers online, this still runs games from there and anywhere else

Run your ftp prog on the ps3 , fire up your ftp prog on your pc , drag your games from the launch folder to the oman folder , im not sure about your saves though.
