Network Provider Move 3 Sim To Another Fone

Im on 3 and so is my son,daughter and wife. My sons fone isnt working properly so its been returned,they say a few days so my sons getting withdrawal symtems.
My question is can he put his sim from the 3 mobile and put it in his old PAYG fone.

should have said his fone thats getting fied is a nokia and the fone he wants to put his sim into is a sony erricsson

As long as the phone is unlocked the sim should work, however if its an old Three sim it might not work and you may need them to send you a replacement sim.

He can only use it in a 3G phone. If the Sony is a 3G phone then no probs, however if its a 2G phone then it wont work.
