Motorola SB4220 Establish Time Of Day Failure

My SB4220 consistently shows 'Failed' under "Establish Time Of Day" on the Status page.
Can anyone spot any clues as to what may be causing my SB4220 to fail to acquire the time of day?

Task Status
Acquire Downstream Channel Done
Obtain Upstream Parameters Done
Establish IP Connectivity using DHCP Done
Establish Time Of Day Failed
Transfer Operational Parameters through TFTP Done
Register Connection Done
Initialize Baseline Privacy Skipped

1st whats the real no. of the item
I also presume youve got moto... firmware on it
Cos my 4100 does exactly that when booted up
But after a while it sorts the time out
1 other thing it works fine like that
So if your having probs thats not your prob
