Monitor with tv input

Hi all, im looking for a flat screen monitor that i can also use to plug me tv into it (preferably with a scart socket), theres a nice 17" sammy one in pc world, but if anyone knows of any cheaper or even bigger screens, please lemme know!

Pretty good value for money. Notice there is no mention o f a scart socket. Could you convert the RGB to scart and would that be any good?

I think the monitor would have rf input so would you would need to do is just plug rf lead into your cable box then plug it into ur monitor and tune it in. Usually this would be on Ch 6
