Modify Car handsfree

I have a nokia car k 91 installed in the car....quite useless as i dont have a nokia phone. Is there anyway i can modify this, take the plastic holder off and turn it into a mini USB car kit?

Looking for a wiring diagram for a usb and the cark 91 really so i can match it up.
