modded orange nexus t911 help please

hi guys-just got myself one of these from unapit-and i cant even get started-im trying to flash it with dips1 and 6 on i keep getting write faliure error verifying flash addr 00a4 expected 11 found 01 and variations on that-i have a multi power suply unit set to 9v and had a searh around could sum 1 help please

already got a T911 but just ordered a Nexus can u tell us how u sorted it incase I run into the same problem. Cheers in advance.
