iPhone mms on virgin iphone

How can i receive/send mms on a 3gs its jb on 3.1.3.
is there something i need to install.
Only had the phone a week and am still a noob to it but best phone i've had and for £40 lol a bargin.

Check your mms settings.

MSC: http://mms.virginmobile.co.uk:8002
Proxy: 193.030.166.2:8080
APN: goto.virginmobile.uk
Username : (leave blank)
Password: (leave blank)

If that doesnt work change the proxy to 193.030.166.1:8080

Reboot your phone after changing settings.
