misleading advertising from the BBC?

listening to the radio in the van today and they was advertising the BBC HD service, they said its available as part of a sky or virgin SUBSCRIPTION then went on to say that for a one off payment its now available on freesat as well, so i thought id check out their website, and it lists freesat right at the top, then does briefly mention that its available for free on sky, but has it hidden under the title of a subscription HD service, so already playing sneaky to get people away from buying sky branded equipment
