microsoft outlook express

Hi all,can anyone tell me if it,s possible to to set up microsoft outlook express to recieve emails when your provider is AOL i used to have it running when i was with freserve but cannot now.
I would be grateful for any info thanks.

only problem with that of course is you still have to sign into the main one when you want to delete things
