Message Virgin Powering up Wait a minute

Dear folks,

I got up this morning, My pace 4001 was'nt working .

So I rebooted the box but nothing somes up except the following message 'virgin media powering up - waiting etc etc'

I tryed rebooting without my opus card in the box - still the same message came up.

I checked the engineers menu, frequency seems fine but on the network id page it just says ***** no numbers for the NET ID??.

Can anyone give me some advice. Pure NTL Area (Virgin over the last 2 months)

Looks like you are going to have to reset you net id mate

I noticed the frequency had changed. So I changed the frequency in the engineers menu.

Re-booted the box but now it just gets stuck on tune. It won't let me go in the engineers menu. Any advice?

do i also need to change the net ID??

The box is working fine. It was stuck on tune for a few minutes, but then the channels re-appeared.
