Are you using both devices at same time?
There is two ways providers do it when double connections on same usernames has not been paid.
If you attempt using on two devices when only allowed one. Result would be second device trying to connect just wont connect. Other will be second device will freeze “really” bad.
I have not used GSE app in a long time, but when i did it had tendency to run in background. So i suspect the server is getting double login.
Enigma2 boxes also have tendency to run in background also.

Thanks guys I get 2 connections for £8 so its not a problem. In fairness Ive had it on 3 devices without any connection issues. The strange thing is the only device it plays up on are my firesticks as in buffering.
My money is on the wireless and hopefully once my ethernet connector turns up hopefully all will be well.
