MCE with NAS

I am starting to have more and more devices on my network, and it would make sense to invest in a NAS.

My only concern is, would i be able to stream movies, music from my NAS over the network to my 360.

Can anyone recommend and decent units? Ive been looking at this one

Im sure something similar has been posted before, but i cant find anything under NAS or MCE!

I run a Lacie NAS drive.
It has twonky media installed which the 360 sees.

I stream HD content converted from MKV to MP4. Straight forward process.
I would google any particular model you are interested in and see what people say about the connectivity to the 360.

i use one of the above also but not sure about the 1080p either sorry.
